Apartment 1 is located on the 2nd floor and with an area of 100m² offers enough space for 6-9 people. The fully equipped kitchen-living room also serves as a lounge with a large dining table, a couch and a flat screen TV.

Of course, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for your loved ones. In addition to an electric stove, an oven, a dishwasher and a refrigerator, you will also find a microwave, a coffee machine and cutlery for 9 people here. We also have dishcloths and dishwasher tablets ready for you.

Apartment 2 is located on the ground floor and with an area of 60m² offers enough space for 4-5 guests. This apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a small couch and a flat screen TV.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious menu. In addition to an electric stove, an oven, a refrigerator and a dishwasher, you also find small appliances such as a coffee machine, a kettle, as well as dishcloths and dishwasher tablets in our kitchen cupboards.

  • The apartment prices are given in EURO and are per apartment and per night with a minimum and a maximum occupancy.

Tourist tax:

  • Winter / summer EUR 5.00 per person / day (no tourist tax for children under 15 years)

  • Aurora TOP II one-time EUR 80.00

Check in:

  • On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from 3:00 p.m.
  • Please let us know in case your arrival will be delayed and you will not arrive before 8:00 pm.

Check out:

  • On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartments in good condition by 9:00 am at the latest.

Parking spaces:

  • Sufficient parking spaces are available in front of the Aurora.

Means of payment:

  • Cash only.

Smoker / Non-smoker:

  • We ask for your understanding that smoking is not allowed in our apartments.

Pets:

  • Pets are not allowed at the Aurora.

Short stays / occupancy:

  • Prices vary depending on the length of stay and the number of guests.
  • In the event of early departure or late arrival, prices will be charged according to the booking confirmation.
  • Overnight stays by unregistered visitors are not permitted.
  • Even temporarily letting the apartment to third parties is prohibited.

Reservation / deposit:

  • A booking is only binding after receipt of a written booking confirmation!
  • When a reservation is made, the AGBH apply.

Apartment key:

  • The keys will be handed over personally by the landlord on arrival.
  • The guest is responsible for the keys. If the keys are lost, the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs (new key and / or replacement of the lock).

  • Cancellations are only accepted in written form. The cancellation conditions according to the AGBH apply.
  • 90 days before arrival: 40%
  • 30 days before arrival: 70%
  •    7 days before arrival: 90%
